Men and women come fundamentally and naturally equipped to form a harmonious partnership and foundation for the family. Our civilization relies on this union to thrive, and members have found marriage and parenthood as the greatest source of fulfillment in their lives.
Modern woman is often lead astray from the role of wife and mother. She is instead encouraged to be independent, find a career, and rely on a man only in the ways she chooses. This undoubtedly has terrible consequences for man, who thrives mostly via his mission as the leader and protector of his family. Women suffer, too. When they take on masculine traits, they fail to adequately compete with men, as their masculine traits are natural to them. Just like women’s feminine traits are natural to women.
While our tendencies are completely natural, wisdom and knowledge must be learned in order for us to succeed in life. And in today’s world, women often find themselves unlearning lessons taught to them by their parents or schools or general society and seeking to embrace their natural potential without losing that which makes them unique.
This project intends to serve as an online finishing school of sorts to help guide women of all ages into the beauty of femininity and help them discover just how critical their role as females in society truly is. We will focus on the ideas, practical skills, and mindset needed to be successful as wives and mothers but welcome all women who seek to develop their feminine virtues or those who wish to stop competing with men in their dominant spheres of natural ability.
This is not a place for weak women who don’t have opinions. This is a place that supports the development of the wise female, whose life is filled with meaning and purpose and happiness.
A little about me: My name is Sysy. I’m nearing 40, have been married for 14 years and we have two teenagers and a baby. Around age 30 I realized feminism had influenced too much of my life in a negative way so I sought to unschool myself and behave more in a way that not only felt better (less sassy, less bitter, less cold, less hypocritical), but also got me way better results out of relationships and life in general. This amazing life-changing stuff is what I’ll mostly be writing about. Some learned by experience, some by reasoning.
I enjoy reading non-fiction, writing, and walking my dog. I don’t love cooking and cleaning but I do love food, feeding my family, and having a clean house so I’m happy focusing on the rewarding outcome of these acts. I have stayed home and homeschooled my kids since the start and have learned how to be super frugal as a result. I admire those who can knit or sew. I laugh a bit too loud. I could put hollandaise sauce over everything. I love freedom and personal responsibility even though it takes work, sacrifice, and courage. Due to autoimmune conditions since childhood, life hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned all about how to make it good despite such challenges. Having kids was the best thing that ever happened to me. My husband is a handsome, quiet, and rugged man who respects the laws of physics and of nature. I’m one lucky lady.
If we met in person I’d like to have you over for tea or coffee and some keto tiramisu or cheesecake.
